Oriental medicine has over 5,000 years of time-tested, proven clinical results.
It is based on the universal life energy (Qi) theory. Qi permeates living all
beings and underlines all natural phenomena, including luminosity of the sun
and the motion of the planets. The human body is the microcosmos of a
greater universe.
Acupuncture is recognized by the National Institute of Heahth (NIH) and the World Health
Organization (WHO) as effective in treating these conditions:

All life is infused with an energy and this energy is called ‘Qi’.   In human bodies, Qi flows through
pathways called meridians (energy channels).  A flow of Qi in our bodies is like a flow of the nature.  If the
river flows normally, earth is healthy and rich.  If the river is blocked, it will flood in some parts and dry
out in other parts.  In oriental medicine, this is called an ‘imbalance’.

The harmonious flow of Qi brings good health, while blocked or imbalanced Qi flow may reflect the first
stages of illness that could eventually affect the physical body.  Acupuncture helps restore the normal flow
of Qi,  balancing and helping the body to heal itself.
