Susan Rowland’s Flow Yoga

Now Open: Susan Rowland’s Flow Yoga Class on Tuesday at 4:30pm. Everybody enjoyed class with her gentle and sincere heart. We invite all our members to try her class. She will also teach Power Yoga on Thursday mornings at 6:00am.

    Flow yoga looks interesting and I would like to know what power yoga is? Glad to see the center expanding and growing. Congratulations….

    Power yoga incorporates basic yoga postures, held for a minimum of five breaths. This allows your body to open, while strengthening your muscles. Standing postures help to build balance, strength and flexibilty. In addition, the twisting postures help to detoxify the body. You will leave feeling refreshed, and relaxed, but strong. Bring a towel because you will sweat! Thank you for your question, Namaste.
